Cancellation Policy

Booking changes or cancellations must be made up to 24 Hours before your departure date. However, Round-trip tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded after the first trip's cancellation deadline.

Amendments

  • We will be allowed without penalty if written notice is made over 24 Hours prior to departure. However amendment is subject to availability and new rates may apply.
  • Any amendment resulting in lower rates or less number of passenger is subject to 5% surcharge of the difference figure between total amounts less the amended amount.

Things to Know

  • Please arrive prior to your trip's departure time no later than 1 hour 15 minutes for the domestic trip and 2 hours for the international trip (from/to Langkawi). If you are too late, your ticket will expire and cannot be Refunded and Changed.
  • You can check in with e-ticket on mobile or device. Please make sure you check in with the right operator you booked with.
  • Time stated is only for estimation. The actual time schedule is subject to change without prior notice due to unpredictable weather conditions and fortuitous events.
  • The price does not include entrance fee (if any), any additional fees and surcharges.
  • The Speedboat trip is not suitable for pregnant women, infants (children under 3 years old), people with heart or back problems, or other physical impediments.
  • Each passenger is allowed baggage shall not weigh more than 20kg.
  • IMPORTANT: If one way ticket was used or the date and time specified on the ticket passed already, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Trip Information

There is no actual ferry pier at Koh Mook, but the check in point is easy to find. Simply locate the Koh Mook Sawasdee Resort on Farang Beach, because that's where your ferry boarding process will begin. 

Simply show the ferry staff your printed e-ticket that we have sent to you. They will take this from you and replace it with a sticker that you will wear for your ferry trip. Next, local longtail boats will taxi you to your awaiting high-speed ferry that's sitting just offshore. This is a really simple process so don't worry at all. Speed Boat: Koh Ngai Pier - Saladan Pier

Saladan Pier is located in the north of Koh Lanta in a small, authentic harbour town that's filled with quaint cafes and local souvenir shops. It's well worth a visit to one of the two wooden-stilted seafood restaurants that sit over the water facing Lanta Noi (little Lanta Island). Accommodation is good with some guesthouses and a couple of hotels nearby.

All of the passenger ferries dock here, arriving from and departing to the awesome surrounding islands. At the pier, often the ferries dock alongside each other so you may need to cross a boat to board your own. Never mind though, it's relatively easy and most of the time there's ferry boat staff to assist you with bags if you need.
