Numchai Pier has been reallocated!

21 September 2018
Our Amazing Travelers,

We would like to let you know that all departures from Numchai Pier (Visit Panwa) have been reallocated to Rassada Pier instead. And this is starting from 16th of October 2018 onward.

In case you already booked a trip departing from/to Numchai Pier:

- If going to Rassada Pier will be hassling for you; the ferry operator will provide you with a complimentary transfer from Numchai Pier to Rassada Pier. Please note that it would take approximately 30-45 minutes from Numchai Pier to Rassada Pier. Therefore, please make sure to arrive at Rassada Pier 30 minutes before departure time.

- If you booked a pick-up/drop off service with us, the driver will be informed. But if you made a booking with another service provider please make sure you inform them about this change.

- The departure time of the boat will be the same.

- The current ticket is still valid.

We apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us through the email, live chat, or by submitting a form.

Kindest Regards,
