Koh Yao Noi is a paradise island that is very secluded and very suitable for vacationers who seek serenity. It is easily reached from two places which are Phuket and Krabi. Getting from Krabi to Koh Yao Noi is a very quick trip as it is possible to take about 20 minutes to get from Krabi’s Thalen Pier to Koh Yao Noi, but, the speedboat trip usually takes about 1 hour to reach Koh Yao Noi’s shores. And if you want to travel by plane, you can always take a flight to Phuket which has its own international airport that has many flights coming in and out from various places over the world, and then take a ferry or a speedboat to Koh Yao Noi. Nature
Koh Yao Noi has a very distinct natural vibe, as it is one of the least overdeveloped islands in the region. It is mountainous around the center of the island and on the other side, there are beaches everywhere. Beaches are very suitable for snorkeling and swimming on the East side while the West side is a very picturesque blend of Mangrove trees and rice flats. The island is considered a sanctuary for 4 species at least of hornbills. It is an island designed for relaxation.
