Baggage for Ferry : Each passenger is allowed 2 suitcases (up to 25 inches each) and 1 hand-carry bag included in the fare. Passengers are responsible for loading and unloading their own luggage and cargo from the vessel.
Baggage for Speedboat: Each passenger is allowed 1 suitcase (up to 18 inches) and 1 hand-carry bag included in the fare. Due to limited space on board, all luggage must be handled by the staff and is carried at the owner’s risk.
A passport or ID card is required for the check-in process.
Children under 11 years old must travel with an adult (18 years or older). Parents traveling with infants (under 3 years old) are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution during the trip.
In occasions, you might be required to board a speedboat or fast ferry.
The Speedboat trip is not suitable for pregnant women, people with heart or back problems, or other physical impediments.
In case of weather conditions or government orders preventing travel, the operator reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or replace the trip with alternative transport without prior notice.
The departure time may vary depending on the weather conditions.

Do I need to print my ferry ticket or is mobile ok?

You don't need to print your ticket. Your boarding voucher is in your account: open Bookings, then View trip details, and click Download PDF. On the day of travel, show the QR code on it — on your phone is fine — to the ferry operator staff at the pier named on your ticket, and they will direct you to your boat.

If you'd prefer paper, print the PDF yourself.

What happens if my ferry is cancelled due to weather?

We are sorry when weather stops a sailing. Ferries usually run in rain; speedboats are more often stopped by rough seas.

If your trip is cancelled because of weather, your booking in Bookings shows a message once our team has confirmed the cancellation. You can then either move to the next available service with Change this booking, or cancel with Cancel & refund for a full refund.

If the sailing is running but you choose not to travel, the normal cancellation policy applies.
