Passengers must check in at the Lomprayah check-in point 1 hour before departure time. Tickets will expire for late arrivals and are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable.
You can check in by showing the e-ticket QR code (sent by email) on your phone. Please make sure you check in with the operator you booked with.
Times stated are estimates only. The actual schedule may change without prior notice due to weather conditions and unforeseen events.
The price does not include entrance fees (if any), or other additional fees and surcharges.
Passengers are entitled to carry 1 large piece of luggage with a weight not exceeding 20 kilograms (More than 20 kilograms - an additional 200 baht). Small luggage items, handbags, shoulder bags, small suitcases - no additional cost.
Water sports equipment will be charged 400 THB for travel by bus and boat, or 300 THB for travel by boat only.
Bicycles - will be charged 700 THB (folding bicycles only) for travel by bus and boat, or 500THB for travel by boat only.
Passengers are allowed to bring pets on board (excluding bus/minivan). Each pet must be kept in a separate cage, and a pet fee of 200 THB per item will be charged at the ticket counter. Passengers are responsible for securing their pets with chains or leashes at all times during the trip, and pets must not be released without a leash. Any damage caused to other passengers or their belongings by pets is the responsibility of the pet owner.
The vehicle or boat type may be changed depending on the number of passengers and operational suitability.
If a one-way ticket was used, or the date and time specified on the ticket have passed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
This is a point-to-point service. The company does not take responsibility for delays or missed onward connections, including flights.
The passenger needs to sign the travel insurance document for the passenger’s right of the insurance of Lomprayah Office.
INFANT: 0-1 years old is free of charge, sit with parent.
Children aged 2 to 10 years pay the child price.
In occasions, you might be required to board a speedboat or fast ferry.
The ferry / Speedboat departure time may vary depending on the weather conditions.
There are no travel restrictions for pregnant passengers on ferry. However, please be aware that the service provider will not be responsible for any health-related issues that may occur.
Please keep your valuables, travel documents, and important items with you at all times. The company is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings.
For safety reasons, pregnant passengers are not permitted to travel on this service.
Please arrive no later than 60 minutes before your trip's scheduled departure time. If you are late, your ticket will expire and cannot be refunded or changed.
In case of weather conditions or government orders preventing travel, the operator reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or replace the trip with alternative transport without prior notice.

Do I need to print my ferry ticket or is mobile ok?

You don't need to print your ticket. Your boarding voucher is in your account: open Bookings, then View trip details, and click Download PDF. On the day of travel, show the QR code on it — on your phone is fine — to the ferry operator staff at the pier named on your ticket, and they will direct you to your boat.

If you'd prefer paper, print the PDF yourself.

What happens if my ferry is cancelled due to weather?

We are sorry when weather stops a sailing. Ferries usually run in rain; speedboats are more often stopped by rough seas.

If your trip is cancelled because of weather, your booking in Bookings shows a message once our team has confirmed the cancellation. You can then either move to the next available service with Change this booking, or cancel with Cancel & refund for a full refund.

If the sailing is running but you choose not to travel, the normal cancellation policy applies.
