Explore Chumphon’s Caves
Chumphon Province and the area around it have numerous caves, there are caves that are easy to reach and explore, some other caves require an adventurous heart as reaching them can be challenging. You will find yourself scrambling over boulders, using ropes to climb over rocks, getting sweaty, and dirty. But it’s worth every breath! And if you discovered a new cave, you will get to assign a name to it!

Kitesurfing in Thung Wua Laen Beach
Thung Wua Laen Beach also called “Cabana Beach” is one of Chumphon’s biggest and best attractions. It is totally up to you how you want to enjoy this beautiful place but our recommendation is to try Kitesurfing. Especially from October to January when there are plenty of waves and wind. Don’t worry! if you are a beginner, there are schools that can teach you how to Kitesurf.

Chumphon National Museum
Chumphon National Museum was established in 1994, it holds artifacts, bowls, artwork, and jewelry that go back to 4000 years ago! The museum also holds military and culture pieces of Chumphon history along with photos from Typhoon Gay and models of local house styles. The building has a library, exhibition hall, office, museum storage, cafeteria, and gifts and books shop.

Chumphon Night Market
One of the most exciting and fun things to do in Thailand is visiting at least one of its night markets, and Chumphon Night Market offers you a phenomenal experience and an ideal way to try the local Thai street food. You can watch your food while being cooked in front of you, and don’t forget to try the “Phad Thai”, its a very popular dish in Thailand that you don’t want to miss!
