Phantip Office Surat Thani Train Station – Surat Thani

The Phantip Office at Surat Thani Train Station is a designated pick-up and drop-off point used for onward travel connections in the Surat Thani area. It is commonly used as a meeting point for passengers arriving by train who need to continue their journey by bus, minivan, or ferry toward destinations such as Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, or Koh Tao.

What This Station Serves

This office point is primarily a transfer hub rather than a pier or bus terminal in its own right. Travelers with a combination ticket (train plus bus, minivan, or ferry) are often directed here to board their connecting transport. If your booking includes a transfer through Surat Thani, this location may be listed as your pick-up point.

Location and How to Reach It

The Phantip Office is located near Surat Thani Railway Station, making it easily accessible for passengers arriving by train. Travelers coming from elsewhere in Surat Thani town can reach the office by local taxi or songthaew. Exact directions and contact details will be provided on your e-ticket or booking confirmation.

Facilities

As a transfer office rather than a large terminal, facilities at this location are typically limited. Passengers can generally expect a waiting area and staff assistance for coordinating onward travel. Amenities such as restrooms, luggage storage, or food stalls may vary and are not guaranteed at every visit.

Routes and Operators

Phantip is a known transport operator in the Surat Thani region, coordinating bus, minivan, and ferry connections toward the Gulf of Thailand islands. The exact routes, schedules, and connecting operators available from this office depend on your specific ticket type. Please check your booking confirmation for the precise route and operator assigned to your journey.

Check-In and Boarding Notes

Arrive at the Phantip Office with enough time before your scheduled departure, as combination tickets often involve tight connection windows between train arrival and onward transport. Bring your printed or digital ticket and a valid ID for check-in. Staff at the office will confirm your onward vehicle or ferry connection and provide boarding instructions.
