Booking changes or cancellations must be made up to 48 Hours before your departure date. However, Round-trip tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded after the first trip's cancellation deadline.

  • We will be allowed without penalty if written notice is made over 48 Hours prior to departure. However amendment is subject to availability and new rates may apply.
  • Any amendment resulting in lower rates or less number of passenger is subject to 5% surcharge of the difference figure between total amounts less the amended amount.

Things to Know

  • Passengers must check in at least 30 minutes before departure. If customers fail to check in on time or miss the boat, Seudamgo reserves the right not to refund the ticket and is not responsible for any loss or damage. Customers must present the QR code from their e-ticket (sent by email) on their phone at the ticket counter.
  • For passengers using Package Van+Boat, they need to arrive at the van/minibus waiting location at least 15 minutes before the departure time on the ticket.
  • Each adult can accompany no more than 1 child (from 0-4 years old) who is exempt from ticket, children must sit with adults.
  • When each passenger is traveling with more than 1 child under 4 years old, the second child or more must buy a ticket (corresponding to the adult ticket price).
  • In case your child wants to use a single seat in the car/van (pick-up and drop-off service), or a seat on the boat, they will have to pay the same ticket fee as an adult.
  • For children from 5 years old, must buy tickets at the same price as adult tickets
  • Each passenger is only allowed to bring 1 pet on the boat, and it must be placed in a cage.
  • For small pets under 5kg, customers can take along by themselves (pets need to be placed in a cage).
  • For large pets from 5kg to under 30kg, a standard cage is required and placed at the back of the boat
  • Passengers are responsible for any damage to other passengers or their belongings caused by pets.
  • General regulations: Each passenger can bring a maximum of 1 piece of luggage (20 kg of luggage) for free. For each kilogram of excess baggage, the fee is 20 Baht/1 kg and the maximum excess baggage is 30 kg. For additional baggage, a fee of THB 200/piece is charged
  • Customers are not allowed to bring illegal items as prescribed by law, flammable materials or potentially dangerous substances. Seudamgo has the right to refuse baggage if the customer violates the above requirements.
  • In case customers have high-value products in their luggage, it needs to be preserved by customers. Any damage or loss will not be attributed to Seudamgo.
  • Damaged baggage: Passengers are responsible for damages to previously damaged baggage or if the damage is due to improper packaging that occurred before using the service.
  • In case the luggage is damaged due to causes related to SEUDAMGO, the compensation level cannot exceed 500 baht/1 piece of luggage.
  • In case the luggage falls into the water due to reasons related to SEUDAMGO, the compensation level cannot exceed 1000 baht/1 piece of luggage.
  • Luggage delay: Before boarding the boat, passengers must hand over their luggage to Seudamgo staff to load the luggage onto the boat and ensure the luggage is brought on board. Customers are responsible if luggage is left behind at the port. (In case the customer forgets the luggage at the office, the customer must pay the shipping costs to customer's location)
  • Each booking is only allowed change one time per order. Note: Customers can only reschedule within 90 days of the previously booked ticket departure date; Changing routes is not allowed. Passengers must make change requests at least 24 hours before departure time. If passengers request later than 24 hours before departure time, the request is not applicable.
  • Passengers are not allowed to smoke, including using e-cigarettes, both on the boat and in the van/bus. Violations will be fined 5000THB
  • Passengers are not allowed to drink alcoholic beverages including wine, beer... in the boat or van/bus. Violations will be fined 2000THB.
  • Departure and arrival times may change due to weather conditions.
  • Parking service: Passengers can park their car at Laem Sok Trat office, service fee is 50 THB/day/car. Please contact Seudamgo directly in advance to register for the service.
  • Bicycle (folding) service fee is 500THB/bike. Please contact Seudamgo directly in advance to register for the service.
  • Water sports equipment (shortboard, longboard, skateboard, knee board, windsurfing board, etc.) service fee 300 THB/one device. Please contact Seudamgo directly in advance to register for the service.
  • Each booking can only be changed once. Note: Passengers can only change the schedule within 90 days of the previously booked boat departure date; changing the route is not allowed. Passengers must make the change request at least 24 hours before the boat departs. If the passenger requests to change the ticket less than 24 hours before the boat departs, the ticket change will not be applied.
  • If passengers requests refund 48 hours before departure time, the refund amount will be 50% of the value of the original ticket.
  • Cancellation notice 48 hours before departure time, refund 50%. If noticed after 48 hours before departure time, the booking is non-refundable.
  • In the event that a ferry/ Speedboat cannot operate as scheduled, or is delayed due to weather conditions, the operator reserves the right to cancel or postpone the trip without prior notice.
  • In case of weather conditions or government orders prohibiting boat travel, the operator reserves the right to replace boat transfers with land transport without refund.
